I made these little gems for the first time last holiday season and they were the biggest hit of all the parties I catered. Most of the time most people may think anything with the ingredient “jalapeno” is too hot for them– (it’s me…I am most people!)…but this little bite does not a pack a life-altering punch. The hint of jalapeno peppers I used just enhances the yummy flavor. Many guests at each event were also so surprised that this appetizer was their very favorite and I’m thinking it may become yours as well!
