Lisa’s Easy Spinach & Artichoke Dip with Fried Spinach Wrap Chips Recipe

December 25, 2017 by Lisa Pinney

Around here we love dips and chips!

I created a shortcut for a popular appetizer and it’s divine!

You could certainly eat it with any type of chips or crackers, but pairing it with the spinach chips just takes it right over the top!

We are going to start with these easy peasy ingredients…

In a large bowl, combine the spinach dip, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, and 1 cup of the Parmesan cheese…

Spread the dip in your casserole dish and sprinkle 1 cup Parmesan cheese on top… bake on 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted…

While the dip is baking, fry the chips… I took my handy dandy pizza cutter and cut the spinach tortillas into triangles and fried them in oil until brown…

They will be perfect like this!

Crispy bit still a bit chewy!

Sprinkle the chips with the powdered Parmesan Cheese and serve immediately with the hot dip!
