Jess & Jack’s Favorite Chicken Club Brunch Ring Recipe

January 9, 2018 by Lisa Pinney

From the beginning of time, when my daughter,Jessica and  my oldest “son by friendship”, Jack, were in the youth group together at church, this was always there favorite recipe for me to make!

Pair it with a side salad and you’ve got a great little meal!

In your bowl, shred the chunk chicken, add the mayo, mustard, bacon and Swiss cheese…

Mix until all combined…

On your baking stone, lay out your crescent rolls in a sun-shape like above…spoon the filling around the middle and bring the crescent points up and over the filling to the middle to seal…

Cut your Roma tomatoes in pretty thick slices and then halves…place them in the spaces between the crescents…

Bake on 375 for 25-30 minutes until the crescents are done throughout… and it will look wonderfully perfect like this!

Recently I packed one up, along with some other goodies, and headed over to Daphne,AL on Jack’s new house move-in day!

I’m so very proud of him…and his new home he built is just beautiful!

From the first day so long ago, when he said, “My Mom really needs a friend”, I’ve been thankful for him and my best friend that I didn’t even know I needed!

God is so very good 💕
