This may be the easiest grill recipe I’ve ever done!
My son, Daniel, said it was one of the best meals ever, so…
I believe they’ll be a repeat again today!
- 1 1/2 lbs shrimp
- 6 golden potatoes, diced in cubes
- 1 lb Conecuh Sausage, cut in 1 inch pieces
- 3 small ears frozen corn
- 1 lemon, cut into slices
- 3 TBSP butter
- 6 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Heavy duty foil
Place potatoes, shrimp, corn and sausage in a large bowl.
Pour olive oil over all and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning; mix thoroughly until all covered.
Divide mixture evenly on 3 sheets large heavy duty foil; top each with 1 TBSP butter and lemon slices.
Wrap tightly so that it can all steam.
Grill over high heat for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
So easy! Coat the shrimp, sausage, potatoes and corn
in olive oil and sprinkle with Cajun Seasoning…
Divide on 3 large pieces heavy duty foil…
top with butter and lemon slices…
Place on grill on high for 30 minutes…
It will be perfectly yummy like this!
Serve with a side of melted Cajun Butter for dipping!
