Low Country Boil Grill Packs Recipe


  • 1 1/2 lbs shrimp
  • 6 golden potatoes, diced in cubes
  • 1 lb Conecuh Sausage, cut in 1 inch pieces
  • 3 small ears frozen corn
  • 1 lemon, cut into slices
  • 3 TBSP butter
  • 6 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • Heavy duty foil


Place potatoes, shrimp, corn and sausage in a large bowl.

Pour olive oil over all and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning; mix thoroughly until all covered.

Divide mixture evenly on 3 sheets large heavy duty foil; top each with 1 TBSP butter and lemon slices.

Wrap tightly so that it can all steam.

Grill over high heat for 30 minutes. Enjoy!
