Wickles Wicked Delicious Dip Recipe

I know you think you’ve tasted all the best dip recipes…

but trust me, you’ve got to try this one that I have perfected this week!

I discovered the Wickles Wicked Delicious Pickles Brand of products and have been working hard to get these delicious pickle products in one of my recipes!

I know you’re gonna love it as much as we do!

Brown 1 lb hamburger meat, garlic and onion; drain and set aside…

In your skillet, add the cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, bacon pieces and 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese…

Then the star of the show…Wickles Wicked Jalapeño Relish! 

add a cup of this amazing relish…

Add the hamburger meat back to the skillet along with the drained Rotel…

It will look deliciously perfect like this when all combined…

Place another cup of cheese on top…

Mix 1/2 cup ketchup with 1/4 cup mustard and drizzle on top…

Bake on 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and melted…

serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!

Wickles Wicked Delicious Dip Recipe

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb hamburger meat
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2–8oz pkg cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican Cheese
  • 1 cup bacon pieces
  • 1 cup Wickles Wickedly Good Relish
  • 1 can Rotel Tomatoes, drained
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1/2 cup green onions

Instructions

Cook ground beef, garlic and onions; drain and set aside.

In your skillet combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, 1 cup shredded cheese, and bacon pieces all over low heat.

Add the hamburger mixture back in along with the Wickles Relish and stir all well.

Add remaining cheese to top of dip.

Mix the ketchup and mustard and drizzle over the cheese; sprinkle the green onions on next,

Bake on 350 degrees for 20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Enjoy with tortilla chips!
