Spaghetti Pie Recipe

May 20, 2016 by Lisa Pinney

When I made this, my love for spaghetti grew two more sizes!!

What a fun and impressive way to serve this standard comfort food!

You’re going to begin by making this wonderful cheesy sauce by combining 3 eggs, 1/2 cup ricotta cheese, 2 TBSP fresh chopped parsley, and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese…

It will be smooth and creamy like this!

Next you’ll add 2 cups of spaghetti sauce, meat sauce or marinara of your choice…

I added my homemade spaghetti sauce…

Add the spaghetti and stir until all combined…

Pour into your 9″ spring-form pan sprayed with nonstick spray…

wrap the pan with heavy-duty foil…

Top with 1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and 1/2 cup Parmesan…

Bake on 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes until the cheese is all melted and slightly browned…

Let stand in pan 10 minutes…

Run a knife around the edge and remove the outer ring…

Cut into wedges and enjoy!
