Fudge Brownie Cake Recipe

September 1, 2017 by Lisa Pinney

I have been wanting to try this cake for a while!

Combining a chocolate cake with brownies and then topping with chocolate icing just has to satisfy any chocolate craving!

It did not disappoint!

All this yumminess begins with these 3 simple ingredients!

Combine the chocolate cake mix, brownie mix, 1 cup of vegetable oil…

Two eggs…

And my secret ingredient for most anything chocolate–

1 cup cold coffee!

The coffee does not give your dessert a coffee taste,

but it enhances the chocolate flavor.

If you don’t want to add coffee you can just substitute a cup of water…

Pour the batter into your greased and floured bundt pan…

Bake on 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until toothpick tests clean…

Let cool in pan 10 minutes and  turn out on plate to cool…

Microwave the container of icing  for 30 seconds and stir…

Microwave 15 seconds more until pour-able consistency…

You’ll end up with an incredible chocolate masterpiece like this!

Enjoy!
