If you need a kicked-up appetizer for the approaching football season, this may be one to add to the game-time snack list!
You can certainly use your favorite Cajun seasoning…we went with Slap Ya Mama and the results were just delish!
Wash your potatoes and cut them into rounds…place them in a large bowl and add the olive oil and stir to coat…
Then add as much Slap Ya Mama as you can possibly stand…stir till coated again…
Lay them in a single layer in yor baking dish or iron skillet…bake on 400 degrees for 20 minutes…turn them over and cook 20 minutes more…
Throw on a couple of cups of shredded cheese, bacon bits, parsley…
Top with sour cream and enjoy!

Ingredients
- 8–10 medium size potatoes
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3–4 TBSP OR MORE Slap Ya Mama Cajun Seasoning
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
- 2 TBSP dried parsley
- 1 cup bacon, cooked and chopped
- Sour cream for topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wash and dry potatoes; cut into rounds.
Place potatoes in a large bowl and coat well with olive oil.
Add the Cajun seasoning and stir to coat with seasoning.
Place in a single layer on your baking sheet or iron skillet.
Bake on 400 degrees for 20 minutes, turn and bake 20 minutes more.
Remove from oven and add cheeses, bacon bits and parsley.
Top each individual serving with sour cream and enjoy!
