Baked Goat Cheese Dip Recipe

I’ve never thought of myself as fan of Goat Cheese…maybe I’ve just never had it with the right combination of ingredients…

And then a friend shared this recipe…oh, wow!!!

It’s my very new favorite!!

The deliciousness begins with these ingredients…

With your mixer, blend the cream cheese, goat cheese, and Parmesan..

Brush your baking dish with olive oil…

Spread the cheese mixture in the dish…

bake on 400 degrees for 15 minutes…

In a bowl, combine the tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, green onions, salt and pepper…

Spread over the baked cheese…

serve immediately with baguettes, chips or pita bread!

Baked Goat Cheese Dip Recipe

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz goat cheese, room temperature
  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Topping:
  • 12 oz cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 2 TBSP chopped green onions
  • 3 TBSP balsamic vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 TBSP olive oil

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Brush a 2 qt baking dish with olive oil.

With your mixer, blend the goat cheese,cream cheese and Parmesan cheese until all blended.

Spread in baking dish and bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.

Combine the topping ingredients and spread over the melted cheese.

Enjoy immediately with toasted baguettes, chips or pita bread.
