Warm & Cheesy Bacon Dip Recipe

We had this delicious dip at a friends Christmas party this year and it was incredible!

I think it deserves a New Years party encore!

First you will dice a mountain of bacon!

Well… Maybe not quite this much but 1/2 a pound!

Then, cook until crispy and drain; set aside…

In in a large bowl, combine the cream cheese…

sour cream…

shredded cheddar…

cooked bacon…

and green onion…

spoon into 2 qt casserole dish…

Bake on 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes until bubbly…

serve with toasted bread slices…veggies…crackers and chips of your choice!

Warm & Cheesy Bacon Dip Recipe

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 lb bacon, diced,cooked and drained
  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

In large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.

Spoon into 2 qt baking dish.

Bake for 25-30 minutes until hot and bubbly.

Serve with crackers, chips, or veggies!
