Pizza Dip Recipe

December 19, 2016 by Lisa Pinney

We had our annual Family Christmas party this past weekend and had a blast!

I’m hoping to share some our delicious recipes with you this week and we are going to start with this pizza dip I’ve been making since my kids were teens…

A beautiful thing about this recipe is that you can add as many pizza toppings as you desire!  You can also go all out and serve it with these pizza crust dippers or even

Tostitos Scoops or fresh veggies…no wrong answers here!

Pizza Dip

8 oz cream cheese, room temperature

1 TBSP Italian seasoning

1 cup pizza sauce of your choice, I used Prego

1 1/2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese

1/2 pkg Mini Pepperonis

in a small oven-proof dish spread the cream cheese…

Sprinkle on the Italian seasoning…

Pour on the pizza sauce…

Add the shredded cheese…

Sprinkle on the Pepperonis…

Bake on 350 degrees for 20 minutes until warm and bubbly!

Its great served with Tortilla chips or Pizza Crust Dippers as follows…

On your pizza stone, roll out 1 pkg Pillsbury Pizza Crust…

brush on a little olive oil..

Sprinkle on Parmesan cheese…

bake as directed on tube until crust is brown and beautiful!–

which I don’t have a picture of because I was sidetracked…sigh…but cut it into strips and serve with the dip like so!
