Pecan Pie Brunch Bake Recipe

This recipe is just a unbelievably incredible twist on pecan pie ingredients turned into a delicious addition to your breakfast or brunch menu!

One of my coworkers said, “Just another pan of awesomeness!”

I’m hoping you agree ๐Ÿ™‚

Pecan Pie Brunch Bake

The most delicious of ingredients…

In a large bowl, combine the sugar, brown sugar, eggs, Karo Syrup and vanilla…

Add the chopped pecans and stir well…

Cut the tube of biscuits into fourths and drop them into the pecan mixture…

Gently stir them until the biscuits are all coated well…

Pour the mixture into a 9 x 13 pan sprayed with nonstick spray…

Bake on 350 degrees for 30 minutes….

Pecan Pie Brunch Bake Recipe

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Karo light corn syrup
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1 can Pillsbury Grands Jr. Biscuits

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Lightly spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Set aside.

Whisk together corn syrup, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Stir in chopped pecans.

Cut biscuits into quarters and toss in pecan mixture. Pour mixture into prepared pan.

Bake 25-30 minutes.
