Loaded Baked Potato Pizza with Jalapeno Ranch Dressing Recipe

This little creation is another one of our new favorite pizza recipes!

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees…

Place the dough on your pizza stone or pan and shape it into a circle and make a little raised edge…

Brush it with olive oil and bake it for 8 minutes…

Spread the sour cream on next…

With your mixer, combine the baked potatoes, sour cream, butter, cheese, garlic and Morton’s Natures Seasoning…

Place the mashed potatoes over the sour cream..

Break up the bacon and place over the potatoes…

Add the cheeses and bake for 20 minutes…

Sprinkle on green onions and/or parsley…

Drizzle on the homemade Jalapeno Ranch Dressing…

Loaded Baked Potato Pizza with Jalapeno Ranch Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

Scale
  • For the Pizza: 1 Pillsbury Pizza Crust
  • 4 medium red or golden potatoes, baked in the microwave for 8–10 minutes until done
  • 1 1/4 cups sour cream–1 cup for the pizza crust topping and 1/4 cup for the potatoes
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese–1 1/2 cups for the pizza topping and 1/4 cup for the potatoes
  • 8–10 pieces bacon, cooked and broken in large pieces
  • 1/4 stick butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Morton’s Natures Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup green onions
  • Jalapeno Ranch Dressing:
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 3 TBSP chopped jalapenos
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 3 TBSP dry ranch dressing mix

Instructions

Bake the crust for 8 minutes. Remove from the oven and spread on 1 cup of the sour cream.

In your mixing bowl, add the potatoes, 1/4 cup sour cream, 1/4 stick butter, 1/2 cup shredded cheese, minced garlic, and Morton’s Nature Seasoning. Mix until combined.

Place the potatoes over the sour cream.

Add the bacon pieces on next and then the remaining shredded cheeses.

Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the green onions.

While the pizza is baking, combine the dressing ingredients and blend until smooth.

Drizzle the dressing over each piece of pizza.
