Coleslaw is one of my favorite side dishes.
I love it sweet and not so sweet.
This is a new slaw I have put together that is very hearty and great served with a side of grilled fish or chicken and even on tacos!
Just throw the ingredients in a large bowl…
Slaw, pico, green onion, minced garlic…
the black beans…
the olives and the lime juice…
and the Morton’s…
Then, add the dressing ingredients in the food processor…
It will be perfectly pourable like this!
Oh, my!
It is absolutely yummy!
Be still my heart!
