May 31, 2015 by Lisa Pinney

I’ve been in the hospital this past week and there’s nothing like getting home to REAL FOOD…

the broth and jello does nothing for me!

We eat oven roasted veggies a lot, but decided to toss in some Hillshire Sausage this time and it was just amazing!

 Let’s get started!

It’s such an easy recipe…there’s only a couple of pictures…

In a large bowl, add all the veggies, garlic and seasoning…

Pour the olive oil over and stir until coated…

Pour in your 9 x 13 baking pan…

Cook on 400 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes…

It will be most yummy like this…

Enjoy!
