Kaia’s Blueberry Pie Recipe

February 11, 2019 by Lisa Pinney

For Thanksgiving my sweet Kaia made the most delicious Blueberry Pie in the entire world!

No really! I’m partial and all…but it is truly scrumptious and I just had to share!

Preheat your oven to 450 degrees…

To make my life so easy…

I used the Pillsbury crusts…

That dough-boy never lets me down!

Place your crust in your prepared pie pan…

Prick with a fork and

bake 9-10 minutes..

remove from oven…

and reduce temp to 350 degrees…

Whisk the sour cream,

eggs, and vanilla…

add the sugar, flour, salt…

combine well…

Pour in those blueberries…

 Combine gently…

Pour the filling into your crust…

Look at this amazingness

one more time!!

  Combine those topping

ingredients and place

it on top of the filling…

It will look incredible like this!

Bake 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes…

You may have to use a pie shield or foil if the edges are turning too brown…it will be just gorgeous!

Allow to cool completely…

Top s slice with a beautiful dollop of whipped cream and serve!
