We tried this new recipe for our ham for Thanksgiving.
There’s nothing better than peaches and ham!
The awesome ingredients…
In your saucepan, combine the peach preserves, cumin, pepper and bourbon…
Cook over low until melted and smooth…
Place your ham in your baking dish and spoon the glaze all over the ham…
Cover tightly with foil…
Bake on 350 degrees for 2 hours…
Let stand for 15 minutes, slice and serve…

Ham With Bourbon Peach Glaze Recipe
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup peach preserves
- 1/4 cup Bourbon
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 7–8 lb smoked ham
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325.
Combine preserves and bourbon in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil; remove from heat. Stir in cumin, ginger, and pepper. Cool slightly.
Place ham in your roasting pan. Brush ham all over with the peach glaze.
Cover ham tightly with foil and bake at 325 for 2 hours.
Transfer ham to a platter; let stand 15 minutes. Slice and serve. You can spoon any sauce left in the pan over the slices…yum!
