If you have any left-over pulled pork from the holiday weekend, I suggest you make these nachos–quick!
They are inspired by the Pulled Pork Nachos from The Happy Pig Restaurant, downtown Pensacola–
a favorite menu item of my Jessica and Daniel.
Hope you enjoy my version of their most yummy recipe!

[method]
Let’s get started!
I have my ingredients all ready and have the pork heated up a bit…
Put a layer of chips in the pan and 1/2 the pork…
Pour on 1/2 the sauce…
1/2 the shredded cheese…
1/2 jar of the queso…I used the Tostino’s brand…
but you can use your favorite…
Toss on 1/2 the green onions next…
1/2 the pico and the cilantro…
The first layer will look amazing like this!
Then just repeat all those steps again for the 2nd layer…
Put it in the oven for 10 minutes on 350 degrees…
Finish it with some sour cream on top!
We shared a pan for dinner and then…just to be sure it was good…
Made another pan for our midnight snack!
Yep…it WAS good!!!
