Spicy Seasoned Pretzels Recipe

December 23, 2013 by Lisa Pinney

This past July, I posted a recipe of our spicy
Firecracker Crackers that we love!
My friend at work had these amazing pretzels
that I’m even crazier about!
It would be a great little snack to munch on for New Years!

Spicy Seasoned Pretzels
16 oz bag tiny twist pretzels
1 cup vegetable or canola oil
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper
Pour pretzels into a gallon ziploc bag.

In a bowl, combine the oil and spices and whisk to combine.

Pour over the pretzels and seal the ziploc bag.
Turn the bag over and over to coat all the pretzels.

Let the pretzels soak up the oil and spices
for at least 24 hours, turning bag every few hours.

**********The cast of characters…

Mix the seasonings with the oil…

Pour the mixture over the pretzels in the ziploc bag…

Turn the over a few times to completely cover the pretzels…
Let them soak up the goodness for 24 hours
and turn the bag a few times…

You can now pour the very dry pretzels in
your serving bowl and watch them disappear 🙂
