Pork Chops is one of our favorites no matter how you cook them!
I found this new recipe that had my favorite summer zucchini added,
so I tweaked it a little and came up with a new dinner idea.
Thumbs up in the Fried Pies and Fire-fliesireflies Test Kitchen!
I think it would be great to even add onions and yellow squash to the stuffing mixture.

The stuffing and veggie mixture…
Season and Bread the chops and place them on the stuffing…
Cook on 350 degrees 1 hour then cover and cook an additional 15 minutes…
