Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower Recipe

May 4, 2019 by Lisa Pinney

When my friend Joyce said she had a recipe I needed to try, I immediately sat up to pay complete attention!

I have posted many of Joyce’s recipes that she has passed along to me and they never disappoint!

This one was all about cauliflower…probably my least favorite veggie!

But…again…Joyce was completely correct!

It has become one of my very favorites!

All it takes to make

this delicious recipe

are these simple ingredients…

The most difficult

part of this recipe is

cutting up the cauliflower

into bite-size pieces…

Or maybe the hardest

part is cleaning up

the cauliflower residue!

Place the cauliflower pieces

in a gallon zip lock bag and

pour in the olive oil…

seal the top and turn

the bag a few times

to coat the pieces…

Next add the Parmesan cheese

and the Italian bread crumbs…

Seal and turn the bag a

few more times to get

all that goodness into the

cauliflower pieces…

Pour the cauliflower onto

your baking pan that is

sprayed with nonstick

cooking spray…

Spread all the pieces out

in a single layer…

bake on 425 degrees

for 35-40 minutes…

stirring once half way

through baking…

After baking…

the cauliflower will

look perfect like this!

And the taste is sweet,

savory and so

very tender…

It is deliciously

addictive!

Enjoy!
