There’s nothing better than making breakfast the night before and
popping it in the oven the next morning for a delicious no-fuss meal!

Let’s get started!
I love ALL flavors of Pepperidge Farm Bread…
and when Publix has BOGO, I load up!
They freeze beautifully to use in many recipes!
Tear the bread in chunks and place them in your pan…
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugars, vanilla…
Pour the mixture over the bread…
Mash the bread down a bit with your whisk to get it all covered in the liquid…
Cover with foil and put in the fridge until morning…
Make the topping by combining the butter, sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg…
Have you handy-dandy kitchen assistant mix it together with your pastry cutter…
The kitchen assistant is a “MUST” for any kitchen! 🙂
I usually put the topping in a baggie and place it on top of the casserole in the fridge…
The next morning, spread the topping over the casserole like so!
Bake the casserole on 350 degrees for 1 hour…
the topping will be beautifully brown and crispy!
Cut into individual servings and top with butter and warm syrup!
Enjoy!
