Daniel’s Favorite Mocha Holiday Punch Recipe

December 31, 2013 by Lisa Pinney

This has been my Daniel’s favorite
holiday punch for years now…
No family party would be the same without it.
Daniel’s Favorite Mocha Holiday Punch
1 cup boiling water
1/4 cup instant coffee granules
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 gallon chocolate milk of your choice
1/2 gallon milk
1 half gallon Breyer’s 1/2 chocolate and
1/2 vanilla ice cream
(if I can find the Breyer’s checkerboard
vanilla and chocolate, I buy that one!)
 Dissolve the instant coffee granules
and sugar into the boiling water.
Put in refrigerator to cool completely–
I’ll usually do this 1 day ahead.
When ready to make the punch,
place the coffee mixture in your punch bowl.
Put the ice cream in next.
Pour the chocolate milk over the ice cream
and then the whole milk.
Stir gently with your ladle.
Enjoy!

**********
Pour the cold coffee mixture into your punch bowl…

Add the ice cream and pour the chocolate milk over next…

Then the whole milk…

Stir gently and enjoy!!
