When I was growing up, we made these every Christmas minus the hash brown addition…
I thought I’d try them with this new twist this year…
They were most delicious!
I added everything to my mixing bowl…
The dough hook did all the work for me…
I am a big fan of that!!!
Scoop the mixture into balls…
I made mine a couple of days ahead and froze them…
When I was ready to cook them for the party, I placed them on my baking sheet with some other appetizers…
and baked them on 400 degrees for 25 minutes…
So easy and so very delicious!
