I love beef stew! I came up with this new recipe when that sweet fella wanted
a simple beef soup that had noodles…another keeper in our soup rotation!

Sear the beef pieces in some olive oil and a couple of TBSP of flour…
Place the beef in the slow cooker…
Add all the veggies and the dry soup mix…
Add the beef stock…
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours…
When you arrive home…it will be most wonderful like this!
Add the cooked noodles and gently stir…
you can let it simmer about 10 minutes until it’s heated throughout…
Serve with crackers of your choice for a warm hearty meal!
