Amazing Peanut Butter Bars Recipe

If you like peanut butter and chocolate then these are the cookie bars for you!

Being very quick and easy to make is just a plus!

The most delicious of ingredients…

Use your mixer to cream the butter, peanut butter, sugar and brown sugar…

Add the eggs and vanilla…

Then the dry ingredients…

Stir in the peanut butter filled chocolate chips…

Spread in your pan that you prepared with foil sprayed with nonstick spray….

Bake on 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes…

Let cool in pan for 10 minutes…

Remove bars from pan with the foil and let cool completely…

Cut into bars and enjoy!

Amazing Peanut Butter Bars Recipe

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 bag Nestle Toll House Peanut Butter filled Chocolate Chips

Instructions

Cream the butter, peanut butter and sugars until creamy and well mixed, approximately 5 minutes

Add the eggs and blend till combined.

Add the baking powder, salt and flour and mix till just combined.

Stir in the bag of peanut butter filled chocolate chips.

Line your 9 x 13 baker with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.

Pour the batter in next and bake on 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.

When done, let cool in pan for 10 minutes. Then using the foil, remove the cookie bars from the pan to place on rack to cool completely.

Cut into bars and enjoy!
