- 2 Pkg Red potato mix--make according to pkg directions
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- 12 oz bacon fried and crumbled
- 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese
Pour the potatoes in your crock pot if you're needing them later in the day and wanting them to be delicious! Sprinkle the remaining cup of shredded cheese on top and place under broiler until cheese is all melted. Place lid on crock pot and keep warm on low.
If you're serving them immediately, you can place the potatoes in your casserole dish, pour the shredded cheese on top and broil.
