I found a new recipe to share that you are gonna love! This delicious cucumber spread is light and delicious!
It’s wonderful served with crackers…it’s yummy as a sandwich spread…in a wrap…you can serve it as a dip on a veggie tray…
Yep, it’s THAT good!
The magic begins so simply…
8 oz cream cheese, 1/2 large cucumber,
3 green onions and Worcestershire sauce…
Peel the cucumber and
take as many of the center
seeds out as you can…
slice the cucumber into
smaller pieces…
Place the cucumber and green onions
in your food processor…
Give it a few whirls
until the veggies are
smaller in size but not complete mush..
you know…
just perfect!
Then add the cream cheese
and Worcestershire sauce…
Process the dip until
it’s relatively smooth but
still with a few smaller chunks…
again…just perfect!
Add a few chopped green
onions on top for a
splash of color and
serve with crackers, veggies
or anything of your choice!
