Healthy Tuna Stuffed Avacado Recipe
- 2 avacados
- 2 cans tuna in water, drained
- 4 tiny sweet peppers,chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 2 TBSP fresh lime juice
- 2 TBSP chopped cilantro
- 1/3 cup pico de gallo
- Salt and pepper to taste
Halve the avocados and set aside.
Mix remaining ingredients with the tuna and divide between the avocado halves.
