Tuscan Tuna Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 6-ounce cans chunk light tuna, drained
  • 1 15-ounce can Cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Morton’s Natures Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 small can sliced black olives, drained
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced

Instructions

In a large bowl mix all the salad ingredients.

Chill at least two hours or overnight.

Great served with crackers or in a pita with baby spinach.
