Roasted Turkey Legs Recipe

  • 34 turkey legs
  • 1 TBSP chili powder
  • 2 tsp ground mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • 2/3 cup Frank’s Red Hot
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce

Instructions

Place turkey legs in a gallon ziplock bag.

Combine the dry seasoning and pour over the turkey legs; turn in bag until all are coated well.

Mix the Frank’s Red Hot, oil and soy sauce and pour over the legs; seal the bag and turn to coat well; refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.

Place turkey legs on heated grill. Turn every 15 minutes, checking internal temperature after 1 hour… It should register 165 degrees when done.

You can also bake in the oven on 375 degrees, covered for 45 minutes. Then uncover and bake an hour longer.
