Roll out the puff pastry dough on your cutting board.
Cut the dough in strips with your pizza cutter.
Turn your Instant Pot on Saute’ and add the chicken stock.
When the stock is simmering, begin dropping the dough strips in until all are used.
Now turn saute’ feature off. Add the shredded chicken.
Place lid on pot and set to seal, high pressure, 5 minutes.
Allow the Instant Pot to natural release.
Remove the lid, ladle in bowls and enjoy.
