Hawaiian Baked Roast Beef Sliders Recipe

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 pkg Kings Hawaiian Rolls
  • 1 lb deli roast beef ; Boar’s Head is my favorite
  • 1 lb shredded Pepper Jack cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 TBSP brown spicy mustard
  • 2 TBSP WORCESTERSHIRE sauce
  • 1 TBSP poppy seeds

Instructions

Spray 9 x 13 pan with non-stick spray.

Cut first package of Kings Hawaiian Rolls in 1/2 in a full sheet and place bottom half of rolls in 9 x 13 pan.

Cut 8 additional rolls the same way from the other package and finish filling up the space in the pan. You’ll have 20 little sandwiches.

Shred the roast beef and place all over the rolls.

Put all the shredded cheese on next.

Put the top buns on.

In your saucepan over low heat, melt the stick of butter, spicy mustard and Worcestershire.

Pour mixture over buns; use a pastry brush to smooth mixture all over the rolls.

Sprinkle with poppy seeds, cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.

The next day, preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Bake 20 minutes covered; remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes.

With a sharp knife, slice all the way around each bun. Enjoy!
