Southern Buttermilk Pie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 TBSP vanilla
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick
  • 1 Pillsbury unbaked pie crust

Instructions

Blend all ingredients well with mixer.

Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake 350 for 30 minutes.
