Momma’s Watergate Salad Recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding & pie filling mix
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 cups  miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. pecans, chopped (optional)
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Instructions

Pour dry pudding mix over undrained pineapple and mix.
Add marshmallows and nuts.
Slowly fold in softened Cool Whip.

Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours before serving.
