Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Gently and carefully, shape each won ton into your mini muffin pan to create a “bowl” for your filling.
Spray each won ton with non-stick cooking spray.
Bake 5-7 minutes until brown. Remove from oven and set aside while you make the filling.
Filling:
In your mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheese, bacon, and jalapenos.
Fill each won ton with a good spoonful of the filling.
Bake on 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
Garnish with sliced green onions when removed from the oven.
Serve and enjoy while hot!
