Cucumber & French Bread Rounds Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 pkg Hidden Valley Italian Dressing Mix
  • 1 cup Mayo
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced in 1/4″ slices
  • 1 loaf bakery fresh French bread, sliced thin

Instructions

Blend the cream cheese, dressing mix and mayo.

Spread the mixture on each French Bread slice and top with a cucumber slice or two.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Enjoy immediately!
