Slow Cooker Salisbury Steaks Recipe


  • 2 pounds ground beef or ground chuck
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
  • 1 jar sliced mushrooms, not drained


In a large bowl, combine the beef, dry onion soup mix, bread crumbs and milk. Mix until thoroughly combined.

Shape into patties and sear on each side in a large frying pan.

Place the seared patties in your slow cooker.

Pour the soup and the jar of mushrooms over the patties.

Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Enjoy!
