Beef, Pepper & Mozzarella Crescents Recipe



4 oz deli roast beef, chopped
4 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 can Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
1 onion sliced
1 bell pepper sliced
1/2 stick butter
1 TBSP olive oil


Saute’ the onion and pepper in the melted butter
and olive oil, until soft; drain. Unroll the crescents into the individual triangle shapes
on your baking pan or stone.
On each crescent, place a good amount of roast beef,
cheese, onion and peppers.  Roll up and bake on 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes until done.
