We had this delicious dip at a friends Christmas party
this year and it was incredible!
I think it deserves a New Years party encore!
- 1/2 lb bacon, diced,cooked and drained
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
Spoon into 2 qt baking dish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
Serve with crackers, chips, or veggies!
First you will dice a mountain of bacon!
Well… Maybe not quite this much but 1/2 a pound!
Then, cook until crispy and drain; set aside…
In in a large bowl, combine the cream cheese…
and green onion…
spoon into 2 qt casserole dish…
Bake on 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes until bubbly…
serve with toasted bread slices…veggies…crackers
and chips of your choice!
