This was such an easy recipe that turned out super delicious!
If you don’t want to add the beer, you can substitute beef broth.

St. Patrick’s Day Crockpot Corned Beef and Cabbage
1 pkg corned beef roast
4-5 potatoes, peeled and quartered
2 cups petite carrots
1 onion, cut in large wedges
1 head of cabbage
1 can Guinness
Add the corned beef, potatoes, carrots and
cabbage to a lightly oiled crockpot.
Season roast with the seasoning packet that came with it
and then with a few teaspoons of Morton’s Nature Seasoning.
Pour in the beer, cover, and set to cook on low for 5-6 hours.

Cover and head out to work!
