We were so fortunate to get some shrimp straight off the boat the other day from the Gulf of Mexico!
I like mine very flavorful so I’m sharing this wonderful recipe that’s my favorite.
Let’s start with these ingredients…
To the stockpot add your creole seasoning of your choice…
this is my very new favorite from the Acadiana restaurant in Robertsdale AL…
Add 16 oz beer of you r choice…
And about 3 cups water…
bring to a boil…
Look how excited those shrimp are!!!
Pour them carefully into that amazing liquid…
The transformation begins!
That beautiful pink is developing!
Gentl stir and in just a couple of minutes they will be perfect like this!
Now flavor up that dipping butter with some garlic salt and some of the creole seasoning…
swoon!!!
Display the shrimp like this with the creole butter…
and your guests will never leave…
well..at least until the last shrimp is gone!
