 If you love hot, meaty Italian subs like we do, 
you’re gonna add this recipe to your favorites!  
It’s quick and easy and can be doubled for a crowd. 

Italian Meatball Sub Bake

1 loaf Cole’s frozen Garlic Bread

1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1-lb. pkg. fully cooked frozen meatballs, thawed
1 (28 oz.) jar pasta sauce
1 cup water
Prepare an  8 x 8 pan by spraying with nonstick spray.
Cook 1/2 of the garlic bread according to directions on the package and then turn on the broiler for a few minutes 
to brown the bread slightly.  
After it cools, cut it into 1-inch pieces
 and place them in the bottom of the pan.
In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, 
mayo, Italian seasoning & pepper.  Mix till creamy.
Pour over the bread.
Place the meatballs on next and add 1 cup of 
the mozzarella cheese over the top.
Combine the pasta sauce and water and pour over the meatballs.
Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.  
Bake at 350 degrees about 45-50 minutes 
until heated through and cheese is all melted.  
 The cast of ingredients…
Prepare 1/2 the loaf of garlic bread per package directions…
 Broil it a little at the end…
 Cut it in these lovely squares…reminds me of large croutons…my favorite part of a salad…:)
Place these in your baking pan….

 Mix together your cream cheese, mayo and seasonings…
Stir until creamy…
Pour over the bread pieces…
Add the cheese…
Top with the meatballs…
Combine the pasta sauce and water and stir…
Pour over the meatballs…
Top with the shredded cheese…
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes until hot, bubbly and melty…
Serve and enjoy!
