We are always planning some sort of eating-meeting at work..

this past month my team-mates indulged me

and we went with a Hawaiian theme!

My sweet friend Brandi, made this yummy dip

that you need to add to your summer party recipe list!

  • 1 round loaf Kings Hawaiian Bread
  • 1 lb Velveeta cut into cubes
  • 1 can Rotel
  • 1/3 cup chopped red onion
  • 8 oz deli ham, chopped
  • 8 oz can crushed pineapple, drained

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2

Cut a slice from top of bread bowl and pinch out center of the bread loaf with your fingers.

Step 3

Cut the bread you removed into bite-sized pieces and place them in a ziplock Baggie to use with the dip.

Step 4

Place bread she'll on baking sheet and bake 8-10 minutes.

Step 5

Meanwhile, in a pot, combine the filling ingredients over medium-low heat until all melted.

Step 6

Pour into bread bowl and serve with bread cubes, cut veggies and crackers or chips if you wish!
