We made this while we were preparing our Thanksgiving meal and it was a hit!
Easy and oh, so delicious!

 Crock Pot Caramel Apple Cider

Ingredients

  • 4 cups apple cider
  • 1/2 cup caramel syrup (the ice cream topping)
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Method

Step 1

In your crockpot, add the cider, cinnamon sticks, caramel and vanilla.

Step 2

Give it a good few stirs.

Step 3

Cover and heat on high for an hour or so until it is hot through.

Step 4

Ladle into cups and top with whipped cream.

A couple of teaspoons of vanilla…
My daughter in law buys it in these teeny tiny bottles!!
Not by the gallons like me!!

Cover the crock pot and heat on high about 1 hour until the liquid is thoroughly heated throughout.
You can leave it on high if you keep it uncovered or you can cover and reduce the temperature.
Ladle into cups and serve with some frothy whipped cream on top!
(Don’t forget the whipped cream like I did!)
