Yes, it’s hot, molten, chocolate overload!
The whole time I was putting this together, I was thinking of my niece, Heather,
who, when growing up, always had a great love for chocolate and shoes….
I personally don’t think you can go wrong with either obsession!
The first wonderful mixture of the ingredients will look like this!
The water, chocolate pieces and Espresso powder…
Now get these ingredients in your mixing bowl…the butter and sugar…and beat until fluffy…
Add the cake flour, baking soda, vanilla and sour cream…
then add the melted chocolate…
In a smaller bowl, pour the whipping cream over the chocolate chips and microwave for 1 minute…
Let it sit for 5 minutes and stir until creamy…
Pour the cake batter into the skillet…
Then pour the chocolate mixture over the batter…
Swirl with a spoon…
Oh, yes!
Bake 35-40 minutes and it will be incredibly amazing like this!
Top with ice cream, whipped cream and cherries!
Enjoy!
