I made this Cake for our work Holiday Party…
So pretty and so delicious!
Chocolate Kahlua Tiramisu Cream Cake

It can’t be any easier that mixing all the cake ingredients in your mixing bowl….
Blend well for 2 minutes…
It will be delightfully creamy like this!
Pour the batter into your greased and floured 9 inch cake pans…
After baking on 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes, move to a cooling rack and poke a few holes in the cakes…
Brush each layer with 1 TBSP Kahlua…
Let cool completely while you make the icing…
The dreamy icing ingredients…
Blend the confectioner’s sugar, whipping cream, Kahlua, espresso powder, and vanilla…
It will turn light and fluffy like this!
Set aside about 2/3’s of this in another bowl…
Add the mascarpone to the remaining 1/3 and blend well…
Fold in the frosting you had set aside…
Begin frosting the cake…
Like so…
Perfect!
Make the ganache next…
Heat the cream until almost boiling in the microwave…
Pour over the chocolate chips…
After letting sit for a minute, begin stirring…
Until it reaches chocolate perfection like so…
Pour into your piping bag and decorate your cake in whatever pattern you like…
