Baked Goat Cheese Dip Recipe

I’ve never thought of myself as fan of Goat Cheese…

maybe I’ve just never had it with the right combination of ingredients…

And then a friend shared this recipe…oh, wow!!!

It’s my very new favorite!!

Ingredients

  • 12 oz goat cheese, room temperature
  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Topping:
  • 12 oz cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 2 TBSP chopped green onions
  • 3 TBSP balsamic vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 TBSP olive oil

Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2

Brush a 2 qt baking dish with olive oil.

Step 3

With your mixer, blend the goat cheese,cream cheese and Parmesan cheese until all blended.

Step 4

Spread in the baking dish and bake for 15 minutes until golden and heated through.

Step 5

Topping: Combine the tomatoes, green onions, vinegar, garlic and salt and pepper to taste.

Step 6

Pour over the baked cheese.

Step 7

Enjoy immediately with toasted baguettes, chips or pita bread.
