We had this new little appetizer at our Christmas party yesterday.

So easy and so delish!

I even made them a couple of days ahead of time and froze them.

I then placed them on my baking sheet about an hour before I cooked them–they turned out perfect!

Bacon Wrapped Stuffing Bite Recipe


  • 1 box Stove Top Stuffing
  • 1/2 lb bacon, cut in half


Step 1

Prepare the stuffing as on package with water and butter.

Step 2

Set aside to cool.

Step 3

When cool, shape stuffing into balls. Wrap each 1/2 piece of bacon around the stuffing and secure with a toothpick.

Step 4

Place in shallow baking dish or jelly roll pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until bacon is brown.

Yes…the easiest of ingredients…


Prepare the stuffing as on the box with the water and the butter…

Set aside to cool…


Shape into balls and wrap with the 1/2 piece of bacon…

secure with a toothpick…


Place them on your baking sheet…

you can even put other appetizers on their with them–recipe coming tomorrow!


After baking on 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes…they are hot and ready!
